I did something to my sciatic nerve. My left butt check is numb and it hurts depending on the position I’m in. I’ve been in the car an awful lot lately, so many times back and forth to Delaware in rapid succession and also to PA and back. I’m sure that is 100% why I feel this pain.

I’m going to do some serious stretches tonight (not that one above!!), sign up for a few yoga or Pilates classes to get rid of the pain. I read it’s 100% recoverable by exercise and stretches.

I’m hoping bourbon helps too!

  1. Pilates ought to relieve that pain in no time. I got a bit of that myself, from flying back and forth to California a few too many times.
