Even Though I bought cute new Snow Boots, I’ll Pass using them the first time Shuffling the Streets of Buffalo

Driving in this? No thanks. Peter did connect, was delighted to welcome us but he DID say that Springtime in Buffalo is much nicer. We thought, about two seconds, then agreed.

The hotel was cancelable. The Martin House tickets were not refundable so I asked if I could donate them, maybe to someone who might not otherwise be able to see the house. Yes.

Doesn’t look like Bedford will get a foot of snow, but we are in the 5-8″ zone. Let’s see if that holds true. Forecasters aren’t exactly accurate. It’ the best job on the planet. Get paid millions to guess. I’ll head out this morning early to stand in line for bread and milk, not because of the storm, but I actually do need both.

Time for coffee.

    1. Ok. Give me a bit to have coffee then I’ll post a photo of the boots.

Here, UGGS, a pretty blue. They are a bit hard to get into because there’s no zipper or closure and my feet aren’t like Cinderells. More like the Ugly Stepsister. I have real deal snow boots from LLBean if I have to slog around in deep snow. These are more for the city.

  1. I can feel it in my bones that it is going to snow. I have some arthritis in my hip and it aches when snow is in the air.

    1. Gee, thanks for sharing your sunny weather news. It is snowing very hard here, blindingly so, accumulating quickly. Schools let out at 11:30. Grocery store mobbed. Roads slippery. I made my rounds and am home, done. Lunch time.
