Can’t Make This Stuff Up

cnngorilla

The networks can’t get enough of the gorilla story, even celebs are lining up to protest the shooting of Harambe, but leave it to CNN to go right to the meat of the whole story. This is a real tweet and storyline from CNN, or as I like to call them Crapweasel Network Newz.

Despite the loss of such a beautiful animal, there’s always humor to be found on Twitter..

In other Twitter news, one story I’m seeing wildly RT’d but can’t seem to find any verification, or comment from EPIX so I’m calling this one rumor. It would be a good thing if EPIX did pull the opinion piece.

Your day any better?

  1. You can’t turn any channel on now without nonstop Trump bashing. The media must now see that he has a real chance of winning and figure they need to earn their Clinton Foundation paycheck. Newspapers and magazines are also doing their part for Hillary. It’s obscene. Jerry Brown endorsed Hillary today in the weakest terms possible, not saying she’s great, rather that Trump would be bad.
    Meanwhile, in the Oval Office

Pretty day here in Greenwich but I’m home with a bad cold.

  2. The ape in the airline seat is an Orangutan, not a Gorilla. Neither species would be much thrilled that it is mistaken for the other.

  3. Fox isn’t any better. The Five just gave the first 15 minutes of their show to the gorilla story. Isn’t there any news?

  4. I’m reading that Kristol’s choice for the third party candidate is David French. The name means nothing to me. Anyone know who he is?

  5. The news comes as police launched an investigation into the weekend tragedy, with records showing the zoo was warned over a serious security breach in March.
Michelle Gregg, 32, and Deonne Dickerson, 37, sparked fury among animal lovers after workers at Cincinnati Zoo in Ohio shot dead Harambe to save their four-year-old son’s life on Saturday.
Gregg, a mother of four, broke her silence on Sunday to say people were too quick to judge.
“As a society we are quick to judge how a parent could take their eyes off of their child and if anyone knows me I keep a tight watch on my kids. Accidents happen but I am thankful that the right people were in the right place today,” she wrote on Facebook.
Now she and her husband, who has a criminal record, have received countless death threats.

Huh?? This from a .au news source
